• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. If any taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection time beyond this.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
