• 👓 Inspection of the item Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke any circumstance that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and shortcomings may exist.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all matters related to the purchase decision before bidding, including for example: vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any pickup time exceeding this.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full amount of any lower price difference between the sale price and the bid price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
