Roofing screws and decking screws (and maybe something else), Nurmijärvi

Ferrometal Oy, based in Nurmijärvi, is part of the Würth Group and one of the largest fastening suppliers in the Nordic countries.
Our best-known brand is Fix Master, whose retailers include Prisma, K-Rauta, Motonet, Kärkkäinen and Bauhaus, as well as many other hardware and tool stores.

Times are tough, and from the assets of one bankrupt hardware store we ended up with not only receivables, but also unsold screws.

This unsold stock ended up back in Nurmijärvi, at Ferrometal. After pondering it for a moment, we decided to do a rough inventory of the items and sell them at auction. No point throwing away perfectly good goods.

So these are the familiar, unopened Fix Master screw boxes. There is an enormous variety of screws in different lengths and colours. In this case mainly decking screws and roofing screws.

The images in the listing show labels, and the attachment includes an Excel list showing the items found on the pallet. There are also some loose boxes outside the list.

The resale value of this lot is close to ten thousand euros. There are nearly 300 kg of stainless and painted decking screws alone.

The pallet shown in the pictures is packed full of unopened screw packs. The stack is well over 1 m high and weighs over 600 kg. Please take this into account if you are collecting the screws yourself.
