The item will be sold in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 14.10.2026 at 13:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 14.10.2026 at 13:00, or two minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made at the auction. The person making the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance of the bid and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Agency's official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, to be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies.
