Terms of Sale

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 28/9/2026 and 19/10/2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 19/10/2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price without delay. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.
