Warranty:

If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for the same or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as the goods are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks, and at the same time view additional products, of which there are thousands of models in our showroom.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are €10/day/pallet.

The goods are handed over to the winning bidder, or by authorisation to a third party.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid bid.
