If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you can exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as the goods are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can ознакомиться with additional products, of which there are thousands of models in our showroom.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are €10/day/pallet.

Goods are handed over to the winning bidder of the lot, or to a third party by power of attorney.

Compensation for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid winning bid: 10% of the sale price.
