Warranty:

If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you can exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as the goods are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products, of which our exhibition has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are €10/day/pallet.

The goods will be handed over to the winning bidder, or to a third party by proxy.

Compensation for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid bid is 10% of the sale price.
