• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the product before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. For collection after the deadline, a fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any legal and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
