The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 7.9 - 25.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 19.00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding increment automation. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding, and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The bid must be submitted no later than 22.9.2026 at 12.00 to the Enforcement Authority's Kuopio office, address Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
