Seized property with buildings in Kinnasniemi, Tuupovaara, Joensuu

The property will be sold by auction with increasing bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 22 September and 18 October 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on Sunday 18 October 2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than Friday 16 October 2026 at 12:00 to the Joensuu office of the Enforcement Authority, address Yliopistokatu 6 B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Buyer's liability for compensation: Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
