• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. For any collection after that, a fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge, in full, any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
