BMW 535, 2005, Pyhäjärvi

For sale for repair, a taped-up 535d like this.

-when cold, it blows out some blue smoke on startup; I suspect the turbos. Power is still there and it pulls well

-the rear anti-roll bar broke and leaked oil out, so the oil flow has now been bypassed and it can be driven.

Besides that, of course there are some minor faults, e.g. it was taped up by myself so, when viewed closely, there are small marks in some places.

It has now been like this for several months and has served well as a daily car.

However, the rear rims have now cracked and no longer hold air, even though they have been tried to be welded, so the rims in the pictures are not included in the sale; I will keep them myself.

So collection with your own rims!

Those are the negatives that come to mind, now on to the positives.

• 330,000 km driven

• 100,000 km less on the engine

• air-conditioned electric comfort seats with memory

• well maintained, recently fitted with a new radiator and intercooler, air suspension compressor, distribution valve and left rear air spring. The gearbox was rebuilt a year ago by Siekkinen; it does not shake, slip or otherwise act up.

• the audio equipment is included in the sale: door panels, subwoofers, batteries, amplifiers, DSP. Plays loudly.

I have had it for just over a year / 20,000-30,000 km. Driven year-round and has worked well, but this spring the anti-roll bar broke and it has started blowing blue smoke when cold, so I don’t have the time before winter to fix it up, as there is another winter car in the yard.

It also comes with an exhaust system that will pass inspection, the original steering wheel, and some random small parts.

The car has been tuned, EGR removed and replaced with an R90 high-pressure fuel pump, plus a 3-inch straight exhaust.

DPF is in place.

The car is located in Pyhäjärvi, Northern Ostrobothnia, and is sold for repair. Of course, it can still be driven without worry if you replace the damaged rims. And as mentioned earlier, collection with your own rims — they can be swapped on site!

Inspection valid until May.
