Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The item will be sold by online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The bidding deadline ends on 07/10/2026 at 10:00 (or 2 minutes after the last accepted bid).

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the auto-bidder. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the huutokaupat.com service for which the bid is submitted. Submission of a written bid must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the bid must be delivered to the Lahti office of the Enforcement Authority (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti) no later than 05/07/2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the bidding deadline.

Payment terms: After the bid has been accepted, the buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account.
