The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on www.huutokaupat.com. The sale ends on 26 October 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made at the auction. Immediately after acceptance of the bid, and on the same day, the highest bidder must pay the entire purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official client funds account. Further payment details will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, the online auction may be entered by submitting a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment system.
