This bike is for someone who appreciates the original values of motorcycling. The best things about it are the sound and the euphoria after exercise, when you take off your helmet after a successful workout. It also suits a rider with a slightly shorter inseam.

The bike came to us with a slight engine fault (it smoked blue). We replaced the seals throughout the engine, renewed wear parts: timing belts and tensioners, spark plugs, breather hose, oil pressure sensor, and otherwise put it into safe roadworthy condition for recreational use by the company staff and partners. The bike has been ridden just over 3,000 km of trouble-free and enjoyable miles since the repair. It was serviced 100 km ago and is fully ready for the next riding season. The tyres are getting close to replacement if you plan to ride in wet weather too. The chain and sprockets are from before our time, so there is no known history, but visually they look fine and do not stick or rattle. The brake pads still have material left, so there should be plenty of miles left in them. The speedometer lens fogs up from the inside in rainy weather; the moisture clears fairly quickly once the rain stops. It has not bothered us much, although the bike has been stored in a warm hall both in summer and winter. The turn signal indicator in the instrument cluster does not work; we have not investigated the cause, and it has not bothered us. Two keys are included. All locks (ignition, fuel cap, seat) work with the same original Ducati key. Front fork service is becoming due. One fork leg is slightly leaking oil.

The lamp surround has abrasion marks from asphalt, meaning someone has leaned the bike against something at some point. The frame and forks are straight, so it was hardly a major impact.
