The lot must be collected on 17.9.2026 between 10.00 and 16.00 (the premises must be emptied no later than 16.00). Collection is not possible at any other time.


The lot is located on the third floor. Loading takes place from the second floor. There is a lift at the site. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the lot. No assistance will be provided by the bankruptcy estate.


The lot must be paid within 24 hours of approval of the lot. The seller will notify approval no later than 14.9.2026 at 18:00.
