The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later rely on any circumstance that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and shortcomings may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and may possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pick-up times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT will be applied for any additional collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawing from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the bid price in full, as well as any agent and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
