• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. The items come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the product before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been detected in the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are several bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the bid page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before pickup or delivery.

• 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible value added tax, nor is it added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so inspect the products carefully before making a purchase decision. Before deciding to buy, always check all matters that may be relevant, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly have unpaid taxes.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawing from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

And please note that

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the lister is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the listing is correct

• if the lister does not notify the highest bidder of acceptance or rejection within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
