The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale notice. • 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a matter that could have been detected during a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and shortcomings may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Please always check all matters possibly related to the purchase decision in advance, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the vehicle’s possible tax, registration and inspection details from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other utilities.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection time exceeding this.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, together with any agency and debt collection costs, plus interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
