EFFICIENCY:

• Cuts cutting time by up to five times compared with other methods

• Increases productivity and saves capital – operated by one person

• Eliminates the need for additional cutting gases – uses self-generated gas


CUTTING PROCESS:

• Position the plasma cutter against the steel pile.

• Close the clamps and press the start button.

• The steel pile is cut into sections using four plasma burners.

• Move the cut section to the desired location.


Fully independent system:

• Works with any 13–40-tonne hydraulic excavator equipped with a single-acting hammer line. • Or with another base machine capable of an oil flow of 140 l/min at a pressure of 220 bar.

• Attaches to the base machine either directly to the boom or using a quick-coupling system.

• Hydraulic connection to the main hammer line and a free return line (tank line).

• BSP fittings are used for the hydraulic connections; quick couplings or other fitting standards are available on request.

• Directly compatible with +24 V DC systems.

• For 12 V DC systems, a voltage booster (12 V DC -> 24 V DC) is available as an optional accessory.
