Enforced sale of residential and industrial buildings in Lahti on Kolavankatu, Lahti

The deadline for submitting bids ends on 11.10.2026 at 18.00 (or 2 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the purchase price offered may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. 

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on huutokaupat.com for which the offer is submitted. The submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer, and the offer must be delivered to the Lahti office of the Enforcement Authority, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 07.10.2026 at 12.00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from the transfer of connection agreements.

The seized property is sold at an online auction with incremental bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids ends on 11.10.2026 at 18.00 or 2 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted to the auction has been submitted.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the enforcement office no later than 07.10.2026 at 12.00 at the address below.
