For sale: a 2003 Toyota Avensis with a petrol engine. The car has been driven under 300,000 kilometres. It has become unnecessary for us, as we acquired a 7-seat car for the family, so we no longer have the same use for it.

The reason for sale is not that the car was replaced because of a single fault, but simply that our family needed more seats and we bought a 7-seat car. After that, there has no longer been the same need for the Avensis.

The car has therefore still been in use and has been driven normally, but the buyer should take into account the age of the car and the known issues. At present, the known issues include the lit engine warning light, the previously patched sill and the slight vibration felt when braking, which means you may want to budget for replacing the brake discs and brake pads.
