The device is functional in principle. However, all features, functions, connectors or long-term reliability may not necessarily have been tested in detail. The stated functionality means that the device worked during the seller's reasonable functional test. Any faults and defects known to the seller are stated in the item description. At startup, the PC shows a message about the front USB cable; it does not affect use. Rear fan replaced with 1 x 80 mm fan without lighting.

Condition assessment:
The product's overall condition is always assessed as a used item in relation to its age, usage history and similar used products. Expressions such as good, very good, tidy or excellent condition do not mean that the product is new, unused, like new or completely flawless.

A used item may, regardless of condition rating, show normal wear for its age and previous use, such as scratches, scuffs, dents, dust, dirt, discolouration or other cosmetic traces of use and storage. Any known significant faults and defects will be stated separately. Natural wear and tear of a used item is not in itself a defect as referred to in consumer protection legislation.

The item description is based on the seller's observations, the information available at the time of listing and the functional test performed. The buyer is asked to carefully review the entire listing, images, age, condition and stated features before making a binding offer.

Internal and hidden faults:
A normal functional test cannot detect all internal, intermittent or later-emerging faults. These may include, for example, component wear, heat-related issues, contact faults, battery degradation or other faults that do not appear during a short test. The seller does not promise that the device is technically like new or completely free of hidden faults. In consumer sales, however, this does not remove the seller's statutory liability for defects if a fault that appears later existed in the product at the time of delivery, or if the product lasts substantially less time than can reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information given. If a fault is discovered, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and give the seller the opportunity to inspect the device before opening, repairing or modifying it.

The seller can provide more information. The item may be inspected and the information given in the listing verified on site at an agreed time before making a binding offer.

It is the buyer's responsibility, before placing an offer, to determine whether the product is suitable for their intended use and whether it is compatible with their other devices, software, operating systems, connectors, electrical system, network environment and accessories.

The seller is not responsible for the product not being suitable for the buyer's specific intended use, special requirements or device setup, unless this has been agreed in writing with the seller before the sale. This does not, however, limit the consumer's statutory right to claim that the product does not correspond to the information given in the listing or to what can reasonably be expected from a used item.

Batteries, bulbs, fuses and other wearing parts are consumables. Their exact capacity, operating time, condition or remaining service life is not guaranteed, unless otherwise stated in the item description. The remaining battery life shown by the device or operating system is a momentary estimate and not an exact measurement.

No separate official electrical safety test has been carried out on the used electrical device, unless expressly stated otherwise in the item description. Before use, the buyer must inspect the condition of the device, power cable, plug, power adapter and other electrical parts. A device that appears damaged or incomplete should not be used until properly inspected or repaired.

The sale includes only the items and accessories mentioned in the item description and those clearly shown in the images as part of the item for sale. Any other loose items, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background of the images are not included unless separately mentioned.

PICK-UP:
Weekdays from 09:00 to 15:00. The exact pick-up time can be agreed separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is done via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Delivery will be dispatched from us within 1-2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photos before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a defect in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In business-to-consumer sales, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing compensation in accordance with the law.

Warranty is provided only if separately mentioned in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the seller's legal liability for defects owed to the consumer under law.

A business buyer does not have a right of cancellation for distance sales under the Consumer Protection Act. Business-to-business sales are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable terms and conditions of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
