Delivery includes the hydraulic pump and the multiplier gearbox. Hoses, tank, valves, fittings and hydraulic oil are not included.

Commissioning

The multiplier gearbox is delivered without oil.

• Fill the gearbox with SAE 90 oil to the level of the sight glass before use.

• Change the oil for the first time after about 50 operating hours.

• After that, change the oil about once a year or according to operating conditions.

• Before use, make sure the hydraulic oil, tank, suction strainer and filter are clean.

• Bleed the pump, adjust the relief valve correctly and start the system without load first.

• Use suitable O-rings and correctly sized suction and pressure hoses.

• Check the relief valve setting with a pressure gauge.

• Do not apply prohibited axial or radial forces to the pump shaft.

Before making a binding bid, make sure that:

• the tractor PTO rotation direction is correct

• the PTO shaft and connections fit your application

• the hydraulic hoses, tank, filtration and relief valve are adequately sized

• you know which other hydraulic components you need for your system.
