• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale include inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-due vehicles

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within a week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, including any agency and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
