Now here’s something truly rare on offer!

This vehicle hardly needs an introduction: a 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero equipped with the 2.8-litre turbo engine!

It has been test driven thoroughly over a long period and inspected at leisure. Starts beautifully, no coughing or cranking. Runs smoothly, the revs do not wander and there are no unusual engine noises. The automatic transmission shifts very softly, does not hesitate or jerk, and pulls even at low revs. Absolutely superb to drive, with a comfortable ride and the power still there. It has been completely standard throughout its entire history, with nothing extra fiddled with.

The air conditioning works and blows cold. An aftermarket Bluetooth player has been fitted, so you can stream your own tunes from your phone. All electric window controls work, as do the mirrors. In general, all the little bits and pieces are in working order.

Inside, it is in very tidy condition for its age, and does not smell of muck or anything else unwanted. The leather on the side of the driver’s seat is a little frayed, see the pictures for details. Otherwise it is in great condition!

The bodywork is also in very good shape! There is a small patch of rust on the front arch, and the other side has already been repaired. No major rust spots or rot, and even the underside is genuinely in good condition.

All services are included in the attachments, so it has been well maintained!

It comes on summer tyres fitted in week 38/25 on Saab original wheels, and they are in good shape! Included are also very good-condition winter tyres on Saab original wheels. For winter, of course, there is a Defa engine block heater and cabin socket.

Just so this does not become too much praise, here are a few notes:

The trip computer occasionally warns about coolant level. The reservoir and leaks have been checked, no issue found, so it is presumably the sensor.

The central locking with the key works sometimes, sometimes not.
On the first test drive I noticed that the rear wheel bearing on the driver’s side was rumbling when moving off. I could not reproduce it on later drives.
