USING THE BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR

It is important not to move before or during measurement; stay at rest! Once you have inserted two AAA batteries, attach the device to your wrist with the Velcro strap. The monitor should point upwards and be at the same level as your heart. The easiest way to do this is to sit on a chair and rest your arm on a table.

When ready, press the "On/Off" button to start the process. The system will automatically inflate the cuff and show your current readings in about half a minute. You will see your blood pressure on the right and your heart rate in the lower left. At the end of the measurement, the cuff deflates automatically.

Designed with portability in mind, the device is ideally sized for both short and long trips. It weighs only 110 grams and its longest side is just over 7 cm. The device has an LCD display. The included wrist strap is made of durable material and has a Velcro fastening. Its length can be adjusted to fit the wrist between 13.5 and 19.5 cm. The device operates with two AAA batteries only.
