Volkswagen Transporter, 2008, Toholampi

A small bus, registered for 1+8 seats and drivable with a B licence, inspected on 7 August without remarks with the above-mentioned details.

Odometer reading 694,609, but the engine has been replaced and there are papers for it. According to invoices, it has been driven just under 100,000 km, though it may be more.

Power steering squeals a little, but works.

The seats can be turned to create more space, or removed entirely to make a raised full van.

Includes 3 sets of tyres: 2 pairs of summer tyres, 16" steel wheels with good tyres, and 20" alloy wheels with satisfactory tyres. Winter tyres are fair on steel wheels.

Cruise control works, air conditioning needs a refill (has not been needed this summer), Webasto with timer etc. works but is locked, so it just needs to be opened. (I will do it if I have time.) The bonnet has been replaced and is a slightly different colour, but this does not affect driving.

There are some marks on the body panels, but nothing major; see the photos for the panel defects. The interior is fairly tidy for 700,000 km of use. A couple of seats have issues.

Only one remote key.

Originally a taxi made by Carsport, so there are a few holes in the dashboard from taxi meters. Has the Carsport control panel in place, used to control the rear lights and air conditioning.

The power is intact and the 6-speed gearbox works well.
