This round we are selling a large batch of agricultural machinery and equipment, plus other movable property

Tractors, excavators, tractor backhoes, lorries, trailers, Sisu towing master, Valmet forestry machine, towed tower crane, combine harvester, old cars, trailers

All machines, tools and supplies from the workshop at once, the entire contents of a detached house at once, and a large number of storages and shipping containers with contents not yet thoroughly inspected, so any kind of treasure may be found.

Items ending on Saturday 5/9 are located in Vesilahti, and on Sunday 6/9 in Savikoski, Akaa

The item will exceptionally be invoiced by email via Ropo after the auction ends

When we receive confirmation of payment or the payer’s bank receipt, we will mark the item as paid in the auction.

Pickup instructions and street address will be sent by email after this

The item can be inspected before placing a binding bid
The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment it has at the time of listing and sale
The Sale of Goods Act applies to auctioned items unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise
Under the Sale of Goods Act, the applicable condition assessment is the auction starting price.

Most of the machines now being sold were driven onto the site, but have been unused for a long time.

Please therefore come prepared with suitable equipment for collection, and be aware that they may not necessarily be drivable onto transport.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and scrub are an obstacle

The item must be collected within 5 working days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For any time beyond this, we charge a storage fee of 250€/day, and if the storage fee exceeds the item's sale price, ownership reverts to the seller.

For an uncollected item, we will charge 20% of the bid price in accordance with our terms, however at least 200€ excl. VAT.

We have accepted all bids 100% throughout our entire operation.
