• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or from storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer cannot later rely on any circumstance that could have been discovered in the pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and omissions may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected vehicles, uninspected vehicles and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked upwithin one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any additional pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
