All machines, tools and supplies from the workshop at once, the entire contents of a detached house at once, a large number of storage units and shipping containers with contents that have not yet been inspected in detail, so anything may be found.

Items located in Vesilahti end on Saturday 5.9 and items located in Akaa, Savikoski end on Sunday 6.9

Important!

The item will exceptionally be invoiced after the auction ends by email via Ropo

Once we receive notice of payment or the payer's bank receipt, we will mark the item as paid in the auction.

Collection instructions and street address will then be sent by email

The item may be inspected before making a binding bid
The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment it has at the time of the listing and sale
The Sale of Goods Act applies to auctioned items unless otherwise required by mandatory law
Under the Sale of Goods Act, the condition assessment to be applied is the auction opening bid.

Most of the machines now for sale were driven onto the site, but they have been unused for a long time.

Please therefore be prepared with sufficient equipment when collecting, and be aware that they may not necessarily be driven onto transport.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also long been neglected, so grass and brush are an obstacle

The item must be collected within 5 business days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For any extra time we charge a storage fee of 250€/day, and if the storage fee exceeds the item's sale price, ownership reverts to the seller.

For an uncollected item, 20% of the bid price will be charged in accordance with our terms, however at least 200€ excl. VAT

We have accepted every offer 100% throughout our entire operation.
