Items sold by auction are subject to the Sale of Goods Act unless otherwise required by mandatory law

Most of the machines now for sale were driven onto the site but have been unused for a long time.

Please be prepared to collect with suitable equipment and with the possibility that they cannot necessarily be loaded by driving them on.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and brush are an obstruction

The item must be collected within 5 working days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For any extra time, we charge a storage fee of 250 €/day, and if the storage fee exceeds the sale price of the item, ownership reverts to the seller.

For an uncollected item, a fee of 20% of the bid price will be charged in accordance with our terms, but at least 200 € excl. VAT

We have approved all bids 100% throughout our entire operation.
