Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to enter all bids into the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale when making the bid. KOy Kemiönsaaren Asunnot reserves the right to accept or reject the bids submitted.


Viewing the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records in question. The buyer may not subsequently rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which may be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The property sale must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee of the authorised conveyancer shall be paid equally by the seller and the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at any given time.

Withdrawing from the sale

A party who refuses to proceed with the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising, viewing the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
