The car has a known DSG mechatronics fault that is failing. See the symptoms in the uploaded YouTube video. The gear number flashes in the instrument cluster, and oil has also seeped from the gearbox casing. Fault codes have been read and mechatronics-related fault codes are stored in memory. The car was just driven on a 5 km run and it worked and shifted normally. So the car is currently roadworthy and was just inspected in this condition.

This fault can be repaired at a relatively reasonable cost.
