Quivogne Gladiator knife cultivator

A new light cultivator for stubble field treatment to speed up decomposition. Allows high driving speeds, so it is also suitable for a more time-pressed operator.  

Features: 

• Gladiator is a robust implement with knife cutters first, followed by discs breaking up the crop. 

• Excellent for handling rapeseed, soya, sunflower and other stronger-stemmed stubble. 

• Can be used both at the front and at the rear

• Recommended driving speed 11-18 km/h

A new solution for stubble field treatment, where the roller knives first cut the crop crosswise and then the discs cut vertically and break the soil surface structure, mixing the chopped material into the soil. The knife cultivator can be used both in front of and behind the tractor. When used at the front, a verge mower or other machine can also be used behind the tractor in addition to the knife cultivator, depending on the desired end result. 

Using the knife cultivator speeds up the decomposition process by incorporating the chopped material into the topsoil. It can be used in spring before sowing or in autumn for stubble field management.
