The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before making a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The item is not new, so faults and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters related to the purchase, including e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any pickup beyond this period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between any lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest in full. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
