• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before making an offer. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been noticed in a pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles in Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any additional pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will relist the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
