• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any extended collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will relist the item and charge, in full, any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, including interest.
