All machines, tools and supplies from a workshop at once, all movable property from a detached house at once, a large number of storage units and shipping containers with contents that have not yet been inspected in detail, so treasures of any kind may be found.

Most of the machines now for sale were driven onto the site but have been unused for a long time.

Please be prepared with sufficient equipment when collecting, and for the possibility that they cannot necessarily be loaded by driving.

To avoid any after-the-fact disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and brush are an obstacle.

Retrieving the items from this site is more challenging and is best done with a tractor or excavator.

The item must be collected within 5 working days of the end of the auction unless otherwise agreed.
For any additional time we charge a storage fee of 250 €/day
