• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The items come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is required to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any circumstance that could have been detected in the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid for within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. • 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor is VAT added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The item is not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the item carefully before making a purchase decision. Before deciding to buy, always check all matters related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles in Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for any overdue pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the bid price in full, as well as any agent and debt collection costs with interest in full. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
