If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as they are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products, of which there are thousands of models in our showroom.

After 2 weeks, storage cost €10/day/pallet.

The goods are handed over to the winning bidder, or by proxy to a third party.

Damages fee for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid winning bid: 10% of the sale price.
