• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before making a bid. The buyer cannot later invoke any circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible VAT, nor is it added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and shortcomings may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the item carefully before deciding to buy. Always check any matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If there are unpaid taxes, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any excess pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any legal and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
