Over the past 2 years, the car has had a lot of money spent on it, including new front shock absorbers, tie rod ends, several different control arms (I can't even remember everything), stabiliser links, brake discs and pads, cooling system hoses and expansion tank, and oil leaks have been repaired. The headlights have just been polished and restored with resin.


Inside, the car is almost in immaculate condition. The seats are not torn, and the interior has otherwise been very well cared for.


The equipment is fairly modest for my taste, but everything you need is there. Most importantly, the cup holders are there and they work!


The gearbox shifts smoothly and the car accelerates as it should. Of course, in a car of this age some power has been lost, but it still doesn't get left behind!


Negatives:

  • The engine is sweating oil from the valve cover gasket (a new gasket is available for this)

  • The transmission sometimes goes into limp mode, which clears by restarting and does not return

  • There is still a very small coolant leak from somewhere

  • There are marks on the side, but these could also be sorted by a skilled polisher
