EVO 2 is a renewed version of the popular room-specific Cooltron Reco 60 ventilation unit. Minimalist matt white design and a new stylish remote control.

The highly popular Reco 60 ventilation unit has been renewed, resulting in the Reco 60 EVO2. The unit now has a stylish matt white finish that blends even better into Finnish home interiors. The EVO2 ventilation unit can be connected directly to a 230 V mains supply discreetly. The unit is still supplied with a plug, which is the primary connection option. A completely new and even more stylish remote control has also been developed for the unit.

In detached houses, ventilation accounts for around 30-40% of energy consumption; with the Reco 60 EVO2 ventilation unit you can recover up to 90% of this energy. The Cooltron Reco 60 ventilation unit easily converts natural ventilation into mechanical ventilation. The unit is designed to provide continuous and controlled ventilation for the installed space by bringing in fresh air and extracting exhaust air. The ceramic heat exchanger recovers heat from the exhaust air with an efficiency of up to 90% in the best case, so in addition to fresh indoor air you can also reduce heating costs. In summer, the Reco 60 reduces the need for cooling from an air source heat pump, as the exhaust air cools the warm supply air in the heat exchanger.

The Reco 60 is also very well suited for garages, storage rooms and holiday homes. It can also be used to improve ventilation in detached houses with natural ventilation. In larger spaces, several units may be required to achieve adequate ventilation. In that case, the operating cycles of the units can be timed so that some blow out and some draw in air at the same time.

The ventilation unit is designed for through-wall installation. Its telescopic structure allows installation in wall structures 250 mm to 400 mm thick. For installation, a d=165 mm hole is made in the wall. The unit is easy to connect electrically via a plug directly from a socket.

The ventilation unit is designed for continuous use, so it is always kept connected to mains power. The unit is controlled from the included remote control or with the buttons on the edge of the unit. The unit significantly reduces heat loss, pollen, humidity and carbon dioxide, creating pleasant indoor air. The unit can be fitted with a separately sold HEPA 11 filter, which effectively removes allergenic particles from room air.
