This spacious and economical everyday car comes straight from daily use, with a known history and regular servicing to take it far. Up for auction now is a 2011 Ford Focus estate with an economical 1.6-litre diesel engine.

This car is not fresh from the factory, nor is it the prettiest flower in the meadow. Its 320,000 kilometres of life experience mean it has been used for exactly what it was made for: driving. As is typical for a Focus, the ride still feels solid and very comfortable, so it handles both commuting and trips to the cottage with ease.

However, in all honesty, this trusty workhorse is no longer entirely flawless: on the technical side the engine has decided to take it a bit easier, limiting revs to three thousand, and under harder acceleration between second and third gear the flashing "Engine malfunction" message keeps the driver nicely alert - although the light disappears straight away and leaves no messages in the trip computer. In addition, the reversing sensors are currently beeping on their own, but with a little tinkering they can still be made to work very well.

Due to limited parking spaces, items auctioned from the Herttoniemi location must be collected within 3 days of the auction ending. For each additional day we charge a storage fee of €25/day.
