Bedding, towels, final cleaning and a free parking space are included in the maintenance charge!

Your own holiday week is above all a carefree holiday. As an owner of a holiday week you acquire a share in the holiday home. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, as well as linen and firewood, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

If you rent or let the apartment to someone you know, simply notify reception of who will collect the keys. Alternatively, you can leave the week for Holiday Club to rent out, so you do not need to do any of the work yourself.

Admire and enjoy the autumn holiday outdoors, cycling or hiking in Katinkulta's magnificent scenery, and then dive into the spa's warm bubbles.

Katinkulta's high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers holiday fun for the whole family all year round. The spa has more than 20 separate pools, whirlpools, counter-current pools, massage showers, a fountain and a water slide for children. Outside there is a smoke sauna, an ice hole, an outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles! For children, the spa also has its own warm children's pool, floats and swimming mats. The water and air temperature is always +32 ºC.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta's Sauna World. Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a normal sauna and a log sauna, located next to the experience showers. New features include two tropical experience showers, each with four different programmes with light and sound effects.

Katinkulta's championship-level golf course, Nuas, is one of Finland's most beautiful. In addition, Katinkulta has a public course, Vuokatti, for beginner golf heroes, the Klubikenttä Tenetti and a driving range for practising shots.

Every year, around mid-October, the first-snow track opens. To ensure training conditions at Olympic Training Center level every autumn, tens of thousands of cubic metres of snow are stored for the first-snow track. When the first-snow track opens, Vuokatti's hiking trails are still snow-free, so combining a morning ski training session with an afternoon Nordic walking trip makes training versatile.

There are also restaurants, Harmony Spa treatments, SuperPark, Megazone & Kids' Adventure Island, and a wide range of activities (bowling, swimming, gym, golf simulator, tennis, squash, badminton, floorball, table tennis, volleyball ...).

Maintenance charge for 2026 & 2027:

Service charge 119,85€ / year.

Total 406,08€ / year.

The share is not subject to renovation loan / financing charge.

The maintenance charge covers final cleaning, linen, towels, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance services and on-call service, waste management, reception and key service, property management and administration, etc.

The buyer pays the 2026 maintenance charge and gains the right to use the share from week 43/2026 onwards (Mon 19.10.2026 - Mon 26.10.2026).

Check-in is at 18:00 and check-out at 10:00.
