If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you can exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as the goods are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; during that time you can also view additional products, of which there are thousands of models in our showroom.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are €10/day/pallet.

The item will be handed over to the winning bidder, or to a third party by authorisation.
