Warranty:

If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as the goods are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; during that time you can also view additional products, of which there are thousands of models in our showroom.

After 2 weeks, storage charge is €10/day/pallet.

The goods are handed over to the successful bidder, or to a third party by authorisation.

Damages for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid bid: we charge 10% of the sale price
