Defects and other observations

Before putting the car up for sale, we carried out a test drive and a condition assessment, during which we noted the following:

Reverse gear does not engage, the previous owner changed the cables, the cause has not been investigated, it drives forward well, has been in daily use, according to the previous owner it starts well when cold, when hot you need to wait a moment before it starts, mixed tyres fitted: three summer tyres with okay tread and one winter tyre, winter tyres in okay condition, driver's seat as shown in the picture, door locking does not work, this could still make a usable car.
